How do I book a venue?
Download the Light Res app, browse available venues, select your preferred time and lighting effect, then complete payment to control the lights instantly.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes! Cancel anytime before your scheduled time for a full refund. Once your session starts, bookings cannot be refunded.
Are you a venue owner?
Interested in joining Light Res? Visit app.lightres.com/sign-up to get started or email us for more information.
What if the lights don't respond?
Technical issues are rare but can happen. Contact support@lightrez.com immediately and we'll issue a refund or reschedule your booking.
Response Time: We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent booking issues, please include "URGENT" in your subject line.
